About Celeste
Celeste Bumpus is an author, coach and life balance expert. Formerly with American Express, Celeste worked her way up from an entry-level position to General Manager, managing over 25 business locations and 100+ employees.
Celeste’s greatest attribute is strength and the ability to look for the positives in life’s challenges. Life is filled with lessons. We can choose to learn from them and grow or hold on to the negatives, which will eventually affect our overall health and well-being. These lessons can also reveal why we’re here -- our path and inner Truth.
Celeste’s life lessons began at eight years old when her parents separated, turning her world upside down. Her mother went to work at a factory and raised four children practicing the Catholic faith. On weekends with her father, she was taught about the metaphysical (spiritual, beyond the physical). Learning the two beliefs set the stage for an open mind and broader view of the world.
At the age of 11, Celeste’s school district integrated two ethnically diverse schools, which lead to a year of her enduring physical abuse and intimidation while at the same time, living with an alcoholic step father. The need to rise above adversity daily helped her to find inner strength and compassion at a young age.
Celeste’s most painful life lesson was when her younger brother, Stephen, took his life on September 15th, 2009. The circumstances leading up to and following this tragic event catapulted her into seeking Divine help and guidance from the spiritual world. Spirit responded.
Her story is one to embrace and use as a stepping stone to your own Truth, healing your mind, body and spirit to bring forth the inner peace, health and happiness you deserve.
